Thiourea
Product introduction
Thiourea is an organic sulfur compound, chemical formula CH4N2S, white and glossy crystal, bitter taste, density 1.41g/cm³, melting point 176 ~ 178℃. Used in the manufacture of drugs, dyes, resins, molding powder and other raw materials, also used as rubber vulcanization accelerator, metal mineral flotation agent and so on. It is formed by the action of hydrogen sulfide with lime slurry to form calcium hydrosulfide and then calcium cyanamide. It can also be prepared by melting ammonium thiocyanide, or by acting cyanamide with hydrogen sulfide.
